What do you draw with?

Photoshop for professional work, MS Paint for doodles, and the XP-Pen Artist Pro 13.3.

Can I repost your art?

Please refrain from reposting it! Resharing or linking is fine.

Can I draw your oc's?

Unless specifically stated, of course! I would love to see it too, so please tag/DM me :)

How long have you been drawing for?

I started taking art seriously in 2015.

Where do you draw inspiration?

I love vibrant colors and flowy compositions, which drive much of the art I create!

How do you draw/get better at drawing?

Practice with intent! I often find myself learning techniques from other artists and modifying them for my own workflow.

Do you ever sleep?

-TERMS OF SERVICE-

  • PAYMENT

  • All transactions must be processed via VGen's payment platform.

  • All payments will be paid in full, in advance.

  • If full payment has not been sent within 10 days of receiving the invoice, the commission will be canceled/refunded.

  • I reserve the right to decline or cancel/refund commissions for any reason.

  • Only a partial 30% refund will be issued if any work on the commission has already started. Commercial use or use of artwork on monetized platforms (Youtube, Twitch, etc.) have an additional agreed-upon fee.

  • Regardless of acquiring commercial rights, credit for the use of commissioned artwork is required.

  • REVISIONS

  • Major modifications to composition and/or design(s) can be made during the sketch process.

  • Once painting/rendering begins, only minor revisions can be requested.

  • USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Use of commissioned work for anything related to the sale or production of NFTs is strictly prohibited.

  • Do not use any commissioned work -finished or work in progress- to train AI image generators.

  • You are free to re-post the completed commission work with visible credit.

  • I retain rights over completed work, which allows for redistribution or publication for self-promotion or use as portfolio samples, etc.

  • Publication online will be postponed for up to 30 days upon request.

  • The client may not edit, alter, or trace any part of the commission.

  • Clients may use the art for personal use only.

  • Commissioned work is not to be resold or used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon prior.

  • ADDITIONAL INFO

  • If you have a hard deadline, let me know. I will work at my own pace otherwise.

  • More complex designs or multiple orders will take longer.

  • My commission speed varies.

  • After the delivery of commissioned work, it is the client's responsibility to back-up and preserve these goods. Unless requested not to, commission work may be streamed through my Twitch channel.

  • Any personal information regarding the artist's name, address, phone number, or other forms of personal information revealed during transactions intentionally or otherwise must remain confidential.

  • I reserve the right to stop work or cancel a commission due to, but not limited to, poor communication, unprofessional behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
